1 PartyCoins Refunds
Our internal currency, PartyCoins, is used to create and publish interactive birthday surprises. We strive to ensure every celebration is perfect, but we understand that circumstances may change.
Refunds for PartyCoins are processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the time of purchase.
2 Used Coins
Once PartyCoins have been spent on a published birthday surprise, they are considered "Used."
Used Coins are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents the recipient from accessing the surprise, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a manual review.
3 Unused Coins
We offer a full 14-day refund guarantee for any unused PartyCoins. If you have purchased a coin pack and have not yet spent any of the balance, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund of the entire transaction amount.
Partial refunds for remaining balances in a used coin pack are not available at this time.
4 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, navigate to your account settings and select "Transaction History." For eligible purchases, a "Request Refund" button will be visible. Alternatively, you can reach out via email below.
